During launch, PhotoStock licenses are processed manually so the intended use can be matched to the image and the terms.
Requesting a license
Open an image page and choose Request a license. The asset ID is included automatically. Tell us how you plan to use the image and submit the form; PhotoStock will reply by email with availability and licensing information.
AI-generated content
PhotoStock's launch collection is AI-generated and human selected. A license is a contractual permission from PhotoStock to use the delivered file under the written terms supplied with that license. Copyright treatment of substantially AI-generated material can differ by jurisdiction, so PhotoStock does not promise that every image is independently copyright-protectable or exclusive.
Not documentary evidence
AI-generated people, places and events are fictional unless an asset page expressly says otherwise. Do not use a PhotoStock image in a way that falsely represents a depicted person or event as real.
